Setup — Step 2 of 3

Connect your accounts.

Your agents can only work with what you connect. Start with email — that's where most of the work is — and add the rest whenever you're ready. Your briefings will honestly note anything that isn't connected yet.

Otto never sees or stores your passwords. These buttons don't connect anything on their own — they tell us which accounts you want, and we set each one up with you on your setup call. You sign in on the provider's own page (Google, Meta, Square), never here, and you can revoke access from their settings at any time.

Your knowledge base

Tell your agents the facts.

This becomes your knowledge base — the only facts your agents are ever allowed to state to a customer. Anything you leave blank, they'll route to you instead of guessing.

So we know whose setup this is. We use it to follow up on your connections too.
How fast, which carrier, where you ship. Leave blank if you don't ship.
If it's "depends," write "owner decision" — every case will come to you.
Include memberships, packages, or bundles if you offer them — this is what the Email agent uses to answer "what's included" questions.
What should the agents never promise, and what always comes to you personally?
